Over the next few months, Kāinga Ora will be building 1 x three bedroom and 2 x two bedrooms modern, warm and dry homes on Driver Crescent.

These new, low maintenance homes will be fully insulated, with carpets, curtains and double glazing.

What is the timeline?

All of the dates are approximate, but the timeline for construction is below:

Start construction from Nov 2022
Finish construction from late 2023
